6 Week Challenge

Our next 6 Week Challenge starts January 8th! You will receive two body composition scans (before/after), nutritional guidance, and learn the foundational movements of CrossFit. Our coach-led workouts are challenging yet fully inclusive. We want to motivate and inspire you to make CrossFit part of your lifestyle!
