How to Join

Step One:

New To CrossFit?
Sign up below to schedule your free “No Sweat” 1-on-1 introductory session. Your session will last approximately 30 minutes. During this time, we want to hear about your goals and what brought you through our doors. You will meet with either Coach John or Raelynn (husband and wife team) who will make a recommendation for you according to your goals and fitness level.
Experience in CrossFit?
If you have previously trained at a registered CrossFit Affiliate and are looking to learn more about joining CrossFit Flight, sign up below to get started. We will briefly meet with you to learn more about your experience and future goals while setting you up for a free trial class!

Step two:

Select a Membership Plan
After your intro session or free trial class, we look forward to having you join the Flight Crew! If you decide CrossFit Flight is the right fit for you, you may select one of our many membership plans. Membership plans are based on how many times a week you plan to attend (ie: 2x, 3x, or Unlimited) and how long you would like to commit to coming to the gym (ie: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).
