It is the drop-ins responsibility to CLEARLY model good mechanics and consistency. Drop-ins must also demonstrate they have both CrossFit experience and safe movements patterns, otherwise, our coaches are required to interrupt any athlete. Most of all, we’d love to have you join us and give you a great workout while you’re in the area!
